Today Page

The Today page gives managers a live overview of what needs attention right now. It brings together today's bookings, staff presence, upcoming coverage, recent applications, and important staff milestones in one place.

Live Presence​

When staff are booked today, you can switch from Overview to Live Presence to follow activity by project.

The live presence view shows:

  • Who is scheduled
  • Who has already clocked in
  • Who has clocked out
  • Who is late or has not clocked in yet

Open a project from this view to see its team grouped by start time and position. Staff presence updates automatically as staff clock in and out from the mobile app.

Live presence depends on the staff member's internet connection. If a staff member is offline, their clock-in or clock-out information will not be visible in live presence until their device reconnects.

Shift Coverage​

The Shift Coverage panel shows staffing coverage for the Next Week or the Next Month.

The chart separates:

  • Confirmed staff
  • Staff booked but not yet confirmed
  • Cancellation requests
  • Unfilled spots

Click a day in the chart to see the fill rate by project. From there, you can open the project and continue scheduling.

Applications To Review​

The Applications To Review panel shows new applications from the last 7 days, grouped by project and position.

For each project, you can see who applied, which position they applied for, and when the most recent application was received. Click the project name to open it and review the candidates.

Today At a Glance​

The Today At a Glance panel summarizes today's booking volume:

  • The number of staff booked today
  • The total number of booked hours today

Use this panel as a quick check before looking at the project details.

Upcoming Celebrations​

The Upcoming Celebrations panel highlights staff birthdays and work anniversaries coming up in the next 2 weeks.

It helps managers notice important milestones before the day arrives.

Field Reports​

For accounts with the Field Reports add-on, the Field Reports panel helps track recent activity and missing submissions.

The counters show:

  • Field reports Submitted Today
  • Field reports Awaiting submission
  • Field reports with Submission Overdue

When viewing submitted field reports, the chart shows activity from the last 2 weeks. Click a day in the chart to see the related projects and open the project directly in the Field Reports tab for more detail.
